GENERAL FEATURES

It has been designed with a construction depth of 80 mm and a 6-chamber structure. In the system design, high performance criteria were especially taken into account, and the profiles were created by combining the most suitable structural components. The design process was evaluated holistically, not only in terms of the profile itself but also regarding overall window performance, including insulation (thermal and acoustic), strength, and sealing properties.

The profiles in the system are manufactured in accordance with the EN12608-1 standard.

HIGH PERFORMANCE IN THERMAL INSULATION

The Legend PVC Door System is designed by combining several key components to provide optimal thermal insulation for your space. With an 80 mm platform, 6 chambers, and a 3-seal (middle seal) concept, the system achieves a lower thermal transmittance coefficient (Uf). The Uf value for the Legend System is 0.92 W/m²K. Its 80 mm width allows the use of triple-glass applications with 52 mm glass thickness and low Ug values. As a result, the combination of the profile section and the thermal properties of the glass produces an exceptional overall window U-value. (*Uw: 0.78 W/m²K)

PRODUCT VARIETY

The system has a wide range of products. Standard frames, frames with trims, mullions, static mullions, sash and drip-sash options, inward and outward opening door sash profiles, and sash adapters are the main profiles included in the system. Additionally, a rich group of auxiliary profiles is available to address various detailed requirements, such as 90° corner joints, angled corner joints, glazing beads, facade profiles, extensions, frame lengthening, closures, and trim profiles.
